🖤 THE HOUSE

The back of the house is three stories of glass, and the first story folds open. The deck becomes part of the great room. The trees come inside.

Everything here is new, and it was designed rather than assembled — heated tile floors underfoot, a vaulted ceiling three stories up, floating stairs, stone and wood and European windows, lighting you can dial from bright down to almost nothing. It is a big, dramatic building that goes quiet the second you're inside it.

♨️ THE SPA

Heat and steam, then cold refreshing water, then starry skies.

The sauna sits on the back deck. An outdoor rain shower is a few steps away, and the hot tub waits under the trees beyond it. Run the loop in whatever order you like, as many times as the night allows. Upstairs, a freestanding soaking tub sits beneath a skylight for the slower version.

🛶 THE LAKE

Out the back door, down the path across the gravel lot and past the boat racks — you're at the water in under two minutes on foot.

The lake is 190 acres and non-motorized, so mornings stay still. Two kayaks are yours for the week. Directly behind the house: the dock and marina, tennis and pickleball, basketball. Dogs are allowed to swim here.

🍳 THE KITCHEN

The kind of kitchen that makes cooking the good part of the day.

Full Samsung suite — induction range, smart fridge, dishwasher — plus a drawer microwave and a dedicated wine and beverage fridge. The island seats 6. The table seats 10. Weber propane grill on the deck.

Someone is always on the shuffleboard.

Shuffleboard in the great room, a wall-mounted arcade cabinet loaded with the classics, a PS5 up in the loft, Samsung Frame TVs, cornhole in the yard, and a playset outdoors for the smallest of guests.
