Guests have full private access to the home, decks, and driveway, except for two locked owner storage/linen closets.
Other Things to Note
Penn Estates is a gated community requiring a short vehicle/guest registration form prior to arrival; gate passes are issued at check-in. Maximum 3 vehicles, no street parking. Quiet hours are 11 PM–7 AM, and the community speed limit (25 MPH) is strictly enforced.
No smoking inside the home. Dogs are welcome — pet policy details provided at booking. No fireworks (community fines up to $2,000). Fire pit use is suspended during active burn bans.
