THE HOME
Élevé Lake Lodge has been fully renovated with a design-forward sensibility — this is not a typical Poconos cabin. The open-concept upper level anchors around a wall of windows overlooking Lake Carobeth, connecting the living area, dining room, and kitchen in a single light-filled space. Step out to the upper deck for morning coffee or alfresco dining. Head downstairs to find the hot tub, fire pit, dock, and the water itself.

Parking: Free on-site parking for up to 5 vehicles.

Community amenities: Seasonal outdoor pool, beach, mini-golf, bocce ball, ball fields, and playground. A $12/day fee is charged directly by the HOA at the pool gate (credit/debit only; children under 3 free).

IMPORTANT NOTES 📌
📌 AGE REQUIREMENT: The booking guest must be 25 or older and must reside at the property for the full duration of the stay.
📌 NO THIRD-PARTY BOOKINGS: The person who books must be present for the entire stay. Bookings made on behalf of another guest or group will be cancelled.
📌 COMMUNITY REGISTRATION: Pre-registration with the HOA is required. Instructions will be sent after booking — please complete promptly. The $50 registration fee is included in your price. A $75 late fee applies if forms are not submitted at least 3 days before arrival.
📌 COMMUNITY FEES: The $12/day amenity fee is collected directly by the HOA at the gate (credit/debit only). This is not a host charge.
📌 PETS: Dogs welcome — up to 2 dogs with a $50 cleaning fee. Vaccination records required. No other animals.
📌 CHECK-IN: All drivers must present a valid driver's license and vehicle registration at the Welcome Center to receive a visitor's pass.
📌 BURN BANS: The township may issue temporary fire bans during dry conditions. Guests must comply with all local regulations. Any fines from violations are the guest's responsibility. We'll notify you proactively if a ban is in effect during your stay.
📌 TRAVEL INSURANCE: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance if you decline Airbnb's built-in option. We cannot issue refunds for weather, medical issues, or other unexpected disruptions.
📌 SECURITY CAMERAS: 5 outdoor Ring cameras — front door, driveway, upper deck, lower deck, back yard ( beach). No cameras inside the home.
